Returns
Eligibility: Return any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Return Process: To start a return, contact us at support@inkzup.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide instructions for sending the item back to us.
Refunds
Processing Time: After receiving your returned item, we’ll inspect it and update you on the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Only the cost of the item will be refunded if your return is approved. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Exchanges
For a different size or color, please place a new order for the desired item and return the original for a refund.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspection: Check your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at support@inkzup.com with details and photos of the issue.
- **Replacement:** We’ll arrange a replacement or refund for any damaged or defective items at no additional cost to you.
